Wil Murray’s paintings and photographic work will be on show at p|m Gallery’s stand at Art Toronto 2013, which runs between  25 and 28 October. Among other works, his first black and white painting ‘I Gut Your Pair o’ Pracsis Rite Hear’ will be displayed. More info.

Edwin Burdis will perform The Fruit machine (a painting and an opera) at MK Gallery, Milton Keynes on 24 October at 7 pm as part of their Thursday Scratch Nights program. Other artist’s involved in the performed score are Emma Hart, Richard Scott and Kieron Livingstone. More info.

Colin Perry has published a review of The Wysing Music Festival on Frieze Magazine’s blog. The Festival included a performance by Edwin Burdis. Of his piece, Perry wrote ‘The most memorable use of this intimate space was by Edwin Burdis, who presented a performance and sound piece in which a teenage boy sat at a TV monitor playing a ultra-violent computer game’.
