NEWS VITRINE announces representation of Ludovica Gioscia
We are delighted to announce the representation of Italian London-based artist Ludovica Gioscia. Gioscia’s installations and sculptures explore the rich layering of cultural debris within our cities and speak of a journey of scripted spaces through history including the way in which the digital revolution shapes our way of being. VITRINE will present Gioscia’s first solo exhibition in Switzerland in 2019. Further information here
NEWS Jamie Fitzpatrick solo show at Exeter Phoenix Gallery, UK
Jamie Fitzpatrick has a forthcoming solo show at Exeter Phoenix Gallery, UK, running 23 November 2018 – 3 February 2019.
In this solo exhibition, he presents new work in a suite of rooms that are loosely inspired by Moby Dick Herman Melville’s classic novel of obsession and revenge on the high seas. Elements of sound, video and movement animate Fitzpatrick’s themes, not only transforming sculptures into both actors and sets but extending this process to create complete environments within which sculptures may narrate, sing, and story-tell.
